Our Standard Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. All product supplied to any customer remain the property of Ivy House Interiors until paid for in full.
1.2. All products are subject to availability.
1.3 If a product is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be recommended where available.
1.4 Products are subject to price change without prior notice. Should an order be received at an older price during a price change, an e-mail notification will be given and the option of cancelling or continuing with the order will be given.
1.5 Items ordered up to the value of £249.99 ar subject to a delivery fee of £10 to anywhere in the mainland UK, other than in the postcode areas of KW, IV and PA where a small additional delivery charge will be applicable.
1.6 Orders over the value of £250 will have free delivery other than if shipped as a part order or other than in the postcode areas of KW, IV and PA where a small delivery charge will be applicable.
1.7 Orders to anywhere else other than the mainland UK will be subject to additional delivery charges depending on location. Delivery charges will be quoted on request.
2. Warranty/Guarantee
2.1. All products are guaranteed to arrive to you in excellent condition.
2.2 If a product arrived to you in a condition you feel is sub standard, then notification must be given to Ivy House Interiors within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
2.3 It is not the responsibility of Ivy House Interiors if any damage occurs to any furniture during construction.
2.4 It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return carriage of any item of furniture other than if the item is damaged on delivery.
2.5 Ivy House Interiors is happy to refund or exchange an item should the item not be suitable, but Ivy House Interiors must be notified within 48 hours of the items delivery.
